jjgame reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the financial terms under which you use the platform — jjgame will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered on your account prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Notice to Pakistani Players: It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the jjgame platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. jjgame provides the platform under international gaming license oversight and makes no warranty regarding the legality of online gaming under Pakistani domestic law as applied to individual players. Accounts found to have been registered by or used by persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited without recourse.
Underage Gambling Prohibition: Registering or attempting to register on jjgame as a person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Any individual who assists a minor in registering on or accessing the jjgame platform will be held responsible for any resulting harm. jjgame cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on jjgame at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jjgame will close all associated accounts and may permanently ban the individual from the platform. Balances on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the life of your Account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address, contact email, and linked payment method details. jjgame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration information at any time.
In compliance with its international gaming license obligations, jjgame conducts Know Your Customer verification for all accounts. KYC documentation is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be requested at account opening or when significant deposit activity is detected. Required documents typically include:
Failure to provide KYC documentation within the period specified in jjgame's request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, if the deadline is not met, account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjgame login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jjgame will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted on the jjgame platform using your Account credentials is presumed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity unless you have reported an unauthorised access incident to jjgame support without undue delay.
If you become aware of or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact jjgame support immediately via live chat or at support@jjgame.club. jjgame will temporarily suspend the Account pending an investigation. Any transactions completed prior to the receipt of your report that cannot be reversed will remain your responsibility.
Sharing your jjgame Account login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited. Any winnings accumulated during a shared-access session may be voided and the Account may be closed if sharing activity is detected. jjgame's security systems monitor for concurrent access from multiple devices or geographic locations as an indicator of potential Account sharing.
jjgame processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits from Pakistani-market accounts: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (direct bank transfer), UBL (direct bank transfer), Meezan Bank (direct bank transfer), and MCB (direct bank transfer).
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your jjgame Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or MCB are credited within one to three business hours on business days, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule. jjgame does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
Minimum deposit amounts and method-specific maximum limits are displayed on the jjgame deposit page at the time of initiating a transaction. jjgame reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Limits may also be adjusted at the account level as part of responsible gaming measures.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account or card belonging to another individual — are not permitted and will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accumulated from funds deposited via a third-party method may be voided.
Important: jjgame is not a financial institution. Funds held in your jjgame Account balance are not eligible for interest accumulation and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from jjgame's operational funds in accordance with the platform's international gaming license requirements.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the jjgame Account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this section. jjgame targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days.
To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of jjgame's compliance team; (b) a real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount for your chosen method; and (c) no active account suspension or investigation flag on your Account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit to your Account. jjgame does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts or to accounts not registered in your own name. If your preferred withdrawal method is temporarily unavailable, jjgame support will assist you in selecting an alternative method that satisfies the same-ownership requirement.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB are typically completed within one business day of approval, subject to the receiving bank's posting schedule. jjgame is not liable for delays attributable to the player's bank or payment provider once funds have been dispatched.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per calendar day are displayed on the jjgame withdrawal page. These limits are subject to change and may be adjusted at the account level in connection with responsible gaming measures or pending compliance reviews.
jjgame offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of activation, including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), maximum bet per wager while bonus funds are active, and expiry date. The following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated while bonus funds are active must be wagered the stated number of times before any portion of the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering progress is tracked in real time in your jjgame Account dashboard under the "Bonuses" section. Wagers placed on games explicitly excluded from a bonus offer do not count toward wagering requirement completion.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted wager per bet is Rs 1,000 (or the per-offer limit stated on the promotion page, whichever is lower), unless the specific offer states otherwise. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of any winnings generated from those bets and the removal of the bonus from your Account.
jjgame employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to guarantee wagering requirement completion with minimal risk; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; and exploitation of technical errors in bonus crediting. Where bonus abuse is detected, jjgame reserves the right to void the bonus, any winnings generated from the bonus, and to close the Account without prior notice.
Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period, will be automatically removed from your Account balance along with any winnings generated from those bonus funds. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Transparency Commitment: jjgame displays all bonus wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiry dates in plain English on every promotion page before you opt in. Read the offer-specific terms carefully before activating any bonus on your jjgame Account.
All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games available on jjgame are provided by third-party software providers operating under their own gaming licences. Each game is governed by the rules published within the game interface itself. In the event of any ambiguity between the general platform terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of determining the outcome of individual game rounds.
All slot games and virtual table games on jjgame utilise certified random number generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. In the event of a game malfunction, server interruption, or technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, void display, or erroneous credit or debit to your Account balance, jjgame reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and restore your Account balance to its status immediately prior to the error. jjgame shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a game malfunction, and no winnings generated as a result of a malfunction will be honoured.
All sports bets placed on the jjgame sportsbook — including cricket, PSL match betting, and other markets — are subject to the jjgame Sportsbook Rules document, which is published separately and forms part of this agreement by reference. Key general principles include: odds are correct at the time of bet placement; bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body; and jjgame reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and limit maximum bet sizes on individual markets or for individual accounts at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjgame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where applicable:
Anti-Money Laundering: jjgame operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with its international gaming license requirements. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to the relevant authorities. Player cooperation with AML investigations is mandatory. Failure to cooperate will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
All content on the jjgame platform — including but not limited to the jjgame brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, marketing materials, promotional content, and all text published on jjgame.club — is the exclusive property of jjgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjgame platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jjgame content without prior written authorisation from jjgame.
Game content — including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and sports betting data — is provided to jjgame under licence from third-party software and data providers. Those providers retain their own intellectual property rights in their respective content, and your use of those games is additionally subject to the terms under which those providers licence their content to jjgame.

By registering on jjgame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data processing principles that jjgame adheres to include: data minimisation (collecting only the data required for the specific purpose); purpose limitation (using data only for the purpose for which it was collected); storage limitation (retaining personal data only for as long as required by law or the operational purpose); and security (applying appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure).
jjgame does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to: licensed game providers who require minimal account data to authenticate game sessions; payment processors who require transaction data to execute deposits and withdrawals; KYC verification service providers; and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where disclosure is required by applicable law or jjgame's gaming license obligations.

jjgame shall not be liable to you for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) damages arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (d) damages arising from Force Majeure events; or (e) the conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services form part of the jjgame platform ecosystem.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes jjgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
jjgame reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at jjgame.club/terms-conditions, with the effective date and version number displayed at the top of the document.
For material amendments — those that affect your financial rights, withdrawal conditions, or fundamental use of the platform — jjgame will provide a minimum of seven calendar days' advance notice via the email address registered on your Account before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the jjgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jjgame holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through jjgame's internal complaints procedure (described in Section 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. This arbitration clause does not affect your right to report complaints to the licensing authority that regulates jjgame's gaming license.
